Max Levy and I have already played together (and subbed for one another) in a handful of bands, so when we got together and decided to put together a twin-tenor project I knew it would be a blast.

Our good friend, Drew Madden, got stuck in NYC the night before the gig and called the great organist, Chris Hazleton, to sub in his place.

In March of 2026, we brought this project (under the updated name, changing to Tussle from Tango) to the historic KC venue The Ship!
